By accessing and using the services provided by Unite Wireless of Texas, LLC, doing business as Unite Tech (“Unite Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website and IT support services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Services
Unite Tech provides managed IT services, remote tech support, onsite tech support, and other IT-related services as described on our website or in a separate agreement between you and Unite Tech. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services in a timely and professional manner. However, we are not responsible for any productivity loss or other consequences resulting from network or hardware failures.

Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unite Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Customer Responsibilities
As a customer of Unite Tech, you are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information about your IT systems and for cooperating with Unite Tech in the provision of the Services. You are also responsible for ensuring that your IT systems are properly maintained and for implementing appropriate security measures to protect your systems and data.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to our Services, including but not limited to any software, content, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Unite Tech or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights, title, or interest in or to our Services, except as explicitly provided in these Terms or a separate agreement between you and Unite Tech.

Termination
Unite Tech may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Force Majeure
Unite Tech shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disputes, government actions, natural disasters, power outages, or failures in telecommunications or internet service providers.
